The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Red Hill Clinic. This is a full-time position offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Daily Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the customer service/clerical team
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective operation of customer service systems
- Be the point of escalation for customer service enquiries and feedback
- Participate in general management duties, including performance management and recruitment activities
