Service Delivery Manager role overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ground services and ramp services for clients to ensure an efficient and effective service meeting and exceeding company and client expectations.

This includes managing simultaneous complex business issues with competing demands within a sensitive environment of constraints and competing stakeholder priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a professional team to provide superior customer service to diverse groups of people.
  • Control and reduce labor costs and other expenses while meeting client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Provide timely reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate grievance and performance management issues.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills underpinned by genuine interest in people.
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-focused and ability to meet and exceed stakeholder needs.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with consultative manner.
  • Self-confidence and high levels of initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Desirable Criteria
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous management or leadership role experience.
  • Previous experience in airline services or freight handling services.
