Ramp Agent Job Description

As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for loading and unloading aircraft baggage efficiently, safely transferring luggage to and from aircraft, and handling baggage weighing up to 35 kg repetitively.

You will also operate in various weather conditions and confined spaces, collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, and manage baggage flow for departing and arriving flights using sorting equipment and manual handling techniques effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, 24 hours a day.
  • Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32 kg.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
