We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our Adelaide Operations team at Adelaide Airport.

We are currently recruiting for permanent part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) and casual roles. dnata offers on-the-job training and upskilling opportunities, supporting career progression and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the movement of Ground Services Equipment such as aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, and belt loaders
  • Marshalling arriving aircraft
  • Safe and timely aircraft pushback and towing, operating various pushback tractors
  • Handling baggage management tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 32kg
  • Working on a 7-day rotating roster

To be successful, applicants must:

  • Have Australian/NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or an Australian Working Visa
  • Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical test
  • Undergo an Australian Federal Police security check
  • Possess a valid driver's license for some roles
  • Have basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide high-level customer service
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster
