Reformer Pilates Instructor Opportunity

This role offers a chance to excel in teaching Reformer Pilates classes to clients of varying skill levels.

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, modifying exercises as needed to accommodate clients with specific issues. This may include knee pain, discomfort kneeling or on wrists.

  • Teach 45-minute classes to up to 10 clients on the Reformer, using your expertise to ensure a safe and effective workout.
  • Work flexible shifts, including cover or permanent positions, with availability to work Saturdays in Jannali and/or Cronulla (3-4 classes), and possibly Sunday mornings and Monday evenings.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional Pilates instruction, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in Pilates instruction, demonstrating a strong foundation in the principles and practices of the discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to meeting business needs.
