We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team at a prestigious Early Learning Centre in Epping, NSW.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role that involves supporting and fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies in our Baby Room. You will collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth of each child.
- Engage children in age-appropriate sensory activities to stimulate motor skills and cognitive development.
- Maintain effective and open communication with parents, providing updates on the child's development and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Assist with the implementation of daily routines and learning programs.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining proper hygiene and sanitising surfaces regularly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- 2-3 years experience working as a Childcare Educator in an infant or baby room.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proven interpersonal skills, including the use of verbal, written, and technological communication and basic computer skills.
Appointments are subject to reference checks, National Criminal History Record Check, Working with Children Check clearance, and Rights to Work in Australia.
