Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker. As a valued member, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients while receiving competitive compensation and benefits.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to travel around Lithgow and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living tasks such as household chores, personal care, and transportation to appointments.

  • Assist clients with general household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide personal care support, such as showering and dressing, where qualified.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping, promoting independence and mobility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential).
