We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Credit Assistant to join our team.

This is a Fixed Term 6 month opportunity, located in Rowville. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our talented team and contribute to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide copies of invoices and statements as requested to support the Credit Officers
  • Upload invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customers
  • Liaise with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & Pricing
  • Provide administration support to the rest of the team as required
  • Assist with Banking and Payment allocations

Customer Service Skills:

  • Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
  • Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
  • Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service

About You:

  • You will have excellent customer service experience and be looking to kick start your professional career or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive organization
  • You will be available for this 6 month opportunity and have full time hours with a flexible start time between 7am - 9am
  • You will have demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
  • You will have intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
