Job Title: Store Assistant Manager

About the Role

This is a senior retail leadership position that reports to the Store Manager and plays a key role in driving business outcomes, supporting team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to embed a culture of development within their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in setting strategic goals and objectives for the store
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching and mentoring to support their development
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and stock management
