Job Overview

This pivotal role supports Project teams from design through to construct phase, administering project drawings using AutoCAD Construction Cloud, maintaining and updating drawing registers, and assisting in the preparation and submission of weekly reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will administer project drawings ensuring accurate version control, distribution, and access management.

Maintaining and updating drawing registers including drawing numbers, document titles, revisions, and requests for new numbers from clients is a key responsibility.

Supporting the preparation and submission of weekly reporting requirements by collating data from multiple stakeholders is essential.

Reviewing drawings for compliance with the scope of work, project specifications, and standards is crucial.

Monitoring and following up on previous action registers to confirm outstanding items are addressed and closed out is vital.

Maintaining accurate records of project documentation and ensuring document control procedures are consistently applied is critical.
