Kerman Contracting is seeking a proactive Graduate Engineer to join our Head Office team in a newly created position. This role is pivotal in supporting our Project teams from design through to construct phase.

Your Roles, Duties And Responsibilities

• Administer project drawings using AutoCAD Construction Cloud, ensuring accurate version control, distribution, and access management
• Maintain and update drawing registers, including drawing numbers, document titles, revisions, and requests for new numbers from the client
• Support the preparation and submission of weekly reporting requirements, collating data from multiple stakeholders
• Review drawings for compliance with the scope of work, project specifications, and standards
• Monitor and follow up on previous action registers to confirm outstanding items are addressed and closed out
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure document control procedures are consistently applied
• Perform quality checks on drawings and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Liaise with engineers, designers, and client representatives to resolve drawing and documentation discrepancies
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of project engineering administration and provide general support to the project team as required

About You

• Degree in Engineering
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Eagerness to develop and learn
