Job Overview

The role of a Senior Software Engineer involves designing, developing, testing and deploying software applications and databases. This is a hands-on development position where you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust, scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Develop reporting solutions and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and end users to deliver projects that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in C#, SQL/T-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Experience with web frameworks (MVC.NET, React, Angular or Vue).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure cloud services (API Manager, Storage, Service Bus), and reporting tools (SSRS, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with ERP and COTS systems such as JD Edwards or Dynamics 365.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and keeping pace with IT trends.
