**Job Opportunity:** Disability Support Mentor
A highly rewarding role for a dedicated individual to provide support and guidance to participants in their daily lives.

We are seeking female mentors who possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health principles, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Disability and hold current NDIS Clearance, Police Clearance, and Working with Children's Check.

The successful applicant will be required to support participants in various settings, including their homes and community locations. A reliable vehicle and driver's license are essential for this role.

The position is a contract-based arrangement, offering flexible scheduling options, including afternoon, day, evening, and night shifts. Successful applicants will be expected to commit to a minimum of 12 months, commencing on October 6th.
