Retail Sales and Operations Manager

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting principles. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
