As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be part of a fast-paced retail environment that prioritizes delivering an exceptional client experience. Your role involves leading the store team to achieve sales targets and consistently raise performance and capability.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Role Model: Demonstrate Sephora's DNA by showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • Selling Culture: Drive a culture of selling to exceed KPIs and develop your team through coaching and growth opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Communication: Foster open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and regular updates with the Management team.
  • Client Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for clients and cast members when you are Manager in Charge (MIC) in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions like sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

You will receive initial onboarding training and ongoing learning through our online platform and field trainers to help clients discover Sephora's offerings. With endless options for discovery and career growth within the LVMH community, this is a unique opportunity to grow professionally.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

  • Work a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising with previous retail management experience.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed as a hands-on leader.
  • Provide excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Drive results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Please note that each Sephora store has its individual needs. Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity. The ideal candidate should be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
