Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and versatile individual to fill a key role in our team. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the cafe area.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. You must also be able to lift 20 kg and stand for long periods.

Working Conditions

This is a casual position working 8 hour shifts, with a focus on day shifts and morning shifts. You will need to be able to commute or relocate to Eastern Creek NSW before starting work.

Supplemental Pay

You will be entitled to supplemental pay for penalty rates and tips received during your shift.

Work Authorisation

Australia work authorisation is preferred, but we will consider other eligible candidates.
