About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Café Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our food and beverage outlets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down events, including services across multiple function rooms and event spaces.
  • Welcome guests warmly, greet and attend to each guest with a smile.
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
  • Manage customer accounts within our point-of-sale system.
  • Prepare beverages or act as a barista or bartender as directed.
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service.
  • Promote our venue and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Promote a safe working environment by recognizing hazards and promoting general workplace health and safety practices.
