Café Hospitality Specialist

As a skilled hospitality professional, you will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of performance in a fast-paced café environment.
This role involves engaging with customers, operating efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by being friendly, efficient, and responsive to customer needs.
- Maintain high levels of personal presentation and adhere to food hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffees, to the correct specification and within specified time guidelines.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure displays are well stocked and merchandised.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling practices.
