Job Title: Development Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support the delivery of our structured development program for graduate teachers. As a Development Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in accelerating the development of graduate teachers' professional practice, supporting their wellbeing, and increasing retention.
Key Responsibilities- Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Contribute to policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Provide communications work and professional learning facilitation
- Analyse data and evaluate program effectiveness
