Investigations Leader
The role of Investigations Leader is to lead and mentor a team of investigators undertaking a range of investigations and compliance activities within NSW Fair Trading, Fair Trading Operations - Investigations Unit.
This position requires previous experience in dealing with complex and sensitive investigations and compliance activities, as well as the ability to research and interpret policy and legislation.
As Investigations Leader, you will provide expert advice on legislative and compliance matters to Investigators and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Assessments and Investigations
- Manage competing priorities and make sound decisions.
- Communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Have expertise in undertaking complex investigations.
- Have a thorough knowledge of best practice investigation policies and procedures.
- Possess high-level analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations
- A satisfactory criminal history check.
- A current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel throughout the state when required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
