Dayforce Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dayforce Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful payroll solutions to our clients.

As a Dayforce Payroll Specialist, your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery. You will have over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.

  • You will have strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling, identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
