Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Trainee OTR Tyre Technicians
  • Assess and diagnose tyre, wheel, and rim damage and wear
  • Provide services adhering to industry best practices
  • Deliver exceptional service to BMSA clients
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all work documentation
  • Follow BMSA and client site regulations and procedures

Essential Qualifications

  • Certified OTR Tyre Technician
  • Valid driver's license (HR preferred or willing to obtain)
  • High-Risk Forklift certification
  • Strong dedication to safety for oneself and others
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Valid work rights in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with grab trucks
  • Trade qualifications and/or mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with mining, ports, quarries, or earthmoving operations
