  • This position involves coaching and developing team members within our collections department, ensuring daily workflows and rosters align with workloads and meet departmental budgets and individual KPIs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of compliance to legislation, policies, and procedures while focusing on the overall customer experience and effective team management.
  • You will work closely with other team leaders to provide guidance and leadership to your team of Customer Service Officers, managing escalated bad debt queries, feedback, and complaints received from customers.

About You:

  • Ideally, you have proven relevant experience in a leadership role in the customer service industry and/or contact centre, with a passion for customer service and strong negotiation skills.
  • You should exhibit a proactive nature, ability to take initiative, and a professional approach to work, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and peers, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
