About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at SkyPoint Bistro+Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative menu options that meet the needs of our discerning customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for plated events, cocktail parties, and canapé events.
  • Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene in line with HACCP standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in high-volume food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible with availability, including ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
  • Good physical dexterity with the ability to perform physically demanding work.
  • Good working knowledge and practical application of HACCP standards.
