Manage Professional Services Delivery Excellence
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of professional services across the IT channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities:
  • Drive the achievement of revenue and gross profit targets across Supply Chain Services, Vendor Embedded Services, Professional Services, and Education Services.
  • Lead the planning and execution of professional services projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage vendor embedded services, integrating service resources with vendor expectations.
  • Oversight of education services, including technical training and enablement programs for partners and end-users.
  • Support supply chain services, focusing on logistics, configuration, and delivery of IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with service delivery professionals and technical consultants to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and SLA management.
  • Develop tailored service offerings in collaboration with sales, product, and vendor teams.
  • Ensure project governance, budgeting, and resource allocation are effectively managed.
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Track and report on service delivery KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in IT services or professional services delivery.
  • Strong project management background: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience in the IT distribution ecosystem or working with vendors/partners.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity technologies, services, or frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of networking, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
