Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Improvement and Data Officer to drive health service improvement initiatives. This role requires strong data analysis skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance health services and patient outcomes;
  • Analyse and interpret health data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement quality improvement projects;
  • Communicate project findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to data management and quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, management or a related field;
  • Experience working in healthcare settings, particularly in acute and community environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and data visualization platforms.
