Our organization is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Salon Development Partner for QLD. This exciting opportunity will allow the selected candidate to support and partner with existing salons, accelerating their growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and exploring new business opportunities throughout the region. They will also possess strong consultative selling skills, including advanced questioning abilities, to explore business needs and formulate creative solutions.

Responsibilities will include providing personalized support to salon partners, driving sales and growth throughout QLD, and participating in interstate travel as required. The successful candidate will be a positive influence, able to inspire and motivate others, and will have a strong personal alignment to environmental and ethical causes.

Key qualifications for this role include a background in hairdressing, beauty, or sales, with a passion for our mission and values. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, people-focused, and committed to increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A valid driver's license is essential, as travel will be required.
