Responsibilities
  • Growing and managing a portfolio of salon clients in your territory to drive growth and revenue
  • Executing sell-in strategies for new launches and supporting campaign execution to deliver results
  • Collaborating with education and marketing teams to create standout salon experiences that drive customer loyalty
  • Meeting sales targets while bringing energy and authenticity to every interaction
  • Regional travel is required approximately one week every four weeks
Requirements
  • Experience in a salon, beauty or professional haircare environment with a proven track record of success
  • Strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and passion for the industry
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with a full driver's license and access to your own vehicle
