Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team in our Ashfield office. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and provides an opportunity to support our busy team in Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including file management, correspondence, and court documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other professionals in writing and verbally.
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences, and mediations for our lawyers and clients.
  • Prepare legal correspondence and compile court documents with attention to detail and time management.
  • Support the team in providing high-quality client care and service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in legal support or business administration.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach and initiative.
