Job Title: Junior Legal Assistant - Abuse Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Legal Assistant to join our Abuse Team in our Ashfield office. As a valued member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and contribute to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to our lawyers, including file management, coordination of appointments, and communication with clients and insurers.
  • Prepare legal correspondence and compile court documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other professionals in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant in the area of personal injury law.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
