Key Responsibilities- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets for Light Commercial products.
- Channel Management: Manage and expand the channel network for Light Commercial products, including dealers and distributors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and influencers to drive sales.
- Market Mapping: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Tender Management: Identify and pursue tender opportunities for Light Commercial products.
- Inventory Management: Ensure timely and efficient inventory management to meet sales demands.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
