Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage deliveries
  • Ensure a safe work environment
  • Safely deliver parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries

This role requires multitasking, prioritizing deliveries based on urgency, and having a customer service mindset. You will need to be friendly and knowledgeable, comfortable working independently, and physically capable of performing the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment
