The Role

We're seeking an experienced delivery professional to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. Your primary function will be to deliver stock to our wholesale customers while achieving set sales targets.

You'll create value for us by delivering efficient servicing and supply to customers who rely on it.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain stock levels, including racking, rotation, cleanliness, POS management, targeting CSP scrap, replacing warranty stock, and battery management.
  • Manage administration tasks, including banking, stock movements, non-cash transaction processing, and relevant documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by visiting all customers on the run schedule, developing strong rapport with customer staff.
  • Maintain company vehicles by keeping them clean and serviced per schedule, washing them weekly, and driving with courtesy.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and tidiness, and maintain secure storage.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Distribution Manager regarding new business prospects or customer intelligence.
  • Adhere to OH&S legislation at all times.
  • Demonstrate behavior in accordance with our Company Values.
  • Comply with standard ways of working and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide effective and efficient customer service to internal and external customers and contacts.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License (MR)
  • Forklift License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Prepared to perform physical duties
  • Knowledge of Inventory Process
