Casual Package Handler

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to work as a Casual AM Sorter. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Loads and unloads packages into trailers or package cars using heavy machinery.
  • Scans packages using a handheld scanner to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Sorts packages by destination zip code and type to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Stocks packages on shelves and in designated areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kgs with or without accommodation.
  • Physical stamina to work long periods of time on feet and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
