Clinical Leadership Opportunities for Pharmacists

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead our multidisciplinary team in promoting safe, rational and cost-effective drug therapy. The successful applicant will provide and coordinate clinical pharmacy services, including monitoring patient medication profiles, providing drug information, teaching, research and planning patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Pharmacist will practice in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards
  • They will ensure their practice is in line with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines
  • Providing and coordinating clinical pharmacy services, including monitoring patient medication profiles
  • Provide drug information and undertake teaching and research
