Job Opportunity: Middle Office Operations Leader

This leadership role offers a meaningful opportunity to lead the middle office function, supporting our specialist managers within asset management. Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the team's business-as-usual activities, such as trade processing, matching, and settlement in various systems and asset classes. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new funds, clients, and platforms, as well as managing client queries, mandate monitoring, and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding and experience in middle office operations, with a good understanding of various asset classes and preferably fixed interest and OTC derivatives. You will also require extensive experience in investments/asset management/finance, with a proven track record of exposure to investment operations. Strong knowledge of investment markets, including managed accounts, is essential. Advanced experience in systems such as Bloomberg, CTM, DTCC, XSPRISA, FX Connect/GTSS, and ACADIA would be highly regarded.

As a leader, you will have the ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team. You must also be able to work in a pressurised and deadline-driven environment.
