Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Testing Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing lifecycle of Siebel projects, from planning and design to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the testing efforts for Siebel-related projects, ensuring successful testing and deployment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for Siebel system upgrades (IP 18+).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to define test requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage test execution, track progress, and report on results to key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices and testing standards.
  • Identify and resolve defects, risks, and issues during the testing phase, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Perform system integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Siebel systems.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) methodologies, project governance, and security requirements, including NV1 clearance protocols.
  • Provide ongoing reports and status updates on testing progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Test Management, with a strong background in Siebel systems (IP 18+).
  • In-depth knowledge of Siebel testing frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Proven experience leading and managing testing teams in large-scale, complex Siebel projects.
  • Strong understanding of Siebel CRM functionalities, configurations, and upgrade processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Active NV1 Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
