Role Overview:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Test Manager, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless testing on Siebel IP 18+ systems. Your primary responsibility will be validating the functionality, performance, and integration of Siebel applications, guaranteeing they align with business requirements and quality standards. This position demands in-depth knowledge of Siebel systems and robust testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive test cases for Siebel system upgrades (IP 18+) and related projects, ensuring all functionality is thoroughly tested.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for Siebel applications.
  • Work closely with the Test Manager and other stakeholders to design and document test plans and scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed analysis and helping to resolve issues before production deployment.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating that the system meets business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to review test results, provide feedback, and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Provide regular status updates on testing progress and raise any concerns that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Ensure compliance with testing processes and NV1 security requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with expertise in Siebel systems (IP 18+).
  • Strong understanding of Siebel testing practices, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
  • Active NV1 Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) is mandatory

Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum
