We're looking for a Part-Time Mobile Phone Technician to join our team as a repair specialist. As a technician, you will be responsible for fixing phones and tablets, helping customers with their queries, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Repairing phones and tablets, including screens, batteries, and charging ports.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring customers feel looked after.
  • Maintaining stock levels and keeping the workspace organized.
  • Learning new skills and staying up-to-date with the latest phone technology.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a mobile phone technician is preferred but not essential.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers.
  • A reliable and hands-on individual who takes pride in their work.
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a 'can-do' approach.
  • Ability to manage stock and assist with tasks around the shop.
