As a Mobile Phone Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks including repairing mobile phones, working independently, serving customers in our shop, taking payments through our point-of-sale system, and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs on mobile phones using standard procedures and techniques
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process
  • Take payments through our point-of-sale system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mobile phone repair experience (1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
