Electronics Repair Receptionist

We are a specialist electronics repair facility with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Role:

The successful candidate will receive high quality training, manage the front desk daily, handle customer service calls, book units in, create job tickets, and monitor reception tasks.

This role involves working in a busy and varied environment with high volume of new enquiries via phone and email. You will need to demonstrate an outgoing personality, confidence on the phone, strong computer skills, and ability to work in a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails and social media messages.
  • Booking In Units: Manage inventory, ensure efficient workflow, and prioritize tasks.
  • Reception Tasks: Monitor mail, maintain office supplies, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence on Phone: Effective phone manner, professionalism, and time management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and electronic equipment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively, support colleagues, and maintain a positive attitude.
