This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system. As an Associate Quality Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various departments in ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to execute quality system processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality technical documentation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on document control processes to promote compliance and efficiency.
  • Exhibit quality leadership by driving continuous improvement of core processes.
  • Lead projects that support operating units and effectiveness of the quality management system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree as minimum qualification.
  • 0-2 years of experience working within a certified quality system (ISO 13485 or similar standard).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and problem-solving skill.
  • Computer literacy including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 360.
