Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing document control, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing new procedures.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Document Control and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new procedures.
  2. Oversee the Change Request process, including SAP Document Control.
  3. Review and incorporate corporate procedure requirements into ANZ QMS as necessary.
  4. Maintain the Learning Management System (MasterControl and C2C) for associate training records.
  5. Foster relationships between departments to facilitate effective workflow transfer.
  6. Participate in Internal, External, and Supplier Audits.
  7. Ensure timely close-out of audits and associated nonconformances and CAPAs.
  8. Represent ANZ on the GA SMAT network.
  9. Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Medical, Medtech, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and complaint intake systems.
  • Cross-functional and regional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and be an agile learner.
