About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others. Your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and monitor group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of engaging recreational activities and therapies tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of residents.
  • Coordinate individual and group activities, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to relevant legislation and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential)
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate, and coordinate creative programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
