Spa Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour spa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to provide exceptional service and treatment to our guests, including facial treatments, body massages, and other spa therapies.

As a Spa Therapist, you will work closely with our team of therapists, receptionists, and colleagues to ensure a harmonious environment in the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and maintain knowledge of all treatments and wellness journeys.
  • Recommend lifestyle practices and home care products to guests.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification.
  • Biologique Recherche qualification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day and rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience within a similar role and always display a professional appearance representing the brand.
