About the Role:This multifaceted venue offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across various departments, including functions, restaurant, gaming, and sports bar operations.
- Assist in the management of daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Develop and execute operational procedures to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
