Experienced Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven leader to manage our retail showroom. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury retail and be able to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

  • Proven track record of leadership success in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
