About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at RACV. As a key member of our marketing division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing marketing strategies that disrupt traditional market paradigms.

As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing and brand strategies, plans, and tactics for our emerging business lines within the Home & Energy Division. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to achieve agreed targets and drive business growth through effective marketing and brand strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition
  • Leading the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with our product owners to develop and refine customer value propositions
  • Managing budgets and ensuring effective ROI on marketing spend
  • Providing regular performance updates and insights to our leadership team
