We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Functional Tester to join our team and support the implementation of core software platforms and integrated systems.

  • Conduct thorough functional and system testing across Salesforce (SFDC), lending platforms, and integrated applications.

This role is ideal for a skilled tester who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real-world needs. While the focus is manual testing, any exposure to automation frameworks will be highly regarded.

About You:

  • 2–5 years' experience in software testing roles.
  • Strong background in manual functional and system testing, ideally with Salesforce exposure.
  • Familiarity with API configuration and testing using Postman (desirable).
  • Excellent face-to-face communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • A good team player – collaborative, approachable, and willing to ask for help when needed.
  • Proven experience in defect management and reporting.
  • Exposure to automation testing (desirable, not essential).
  • Must be based in Melbourne CBD and available for on-site work as required.
  • Must hold full Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
Job Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manual functional and system testing across Salesforce (SFDC), lending platforms, and integrated applications.
    • Plan and deliver User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and showcase sessions with business stakeholders.
    • Assist in API testing and validation, including configuration and execution using Postman (desirable).
    • Log, troubleshoot, and clearly communicate defects to both technical and business teams.
