About the Role

Ventia is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Puckapunyal defence base, located 10km west of Seymour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing technical work on building services equipment, including refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical work on building services equipment, including refrigeration equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards.
  • Diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Observe quality and technical procedures, work instructions, and practices.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience.
  • Certificate III in Electro-technology or equivalent trade qualification.
  • S permit (Restricted Electrical Licence) preferred.
  • A solid understanding of air conditioning systems and relevant codes and industry standards.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to learn and use proprietary software necessary to support the position.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • Basic understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management System.
  • ARTIC Licence.
  • Assessment Certificate from TRE where required.
